1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EcoStep mobile application ("App") and the website, owned and operated by Learnovate Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having CIN U74999PN2019PTC185634 and registered office at Flat no D1101, PRISTINE PACIFIC P, AMBEGAON BUDRUK, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, 411046 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use the App and participate in the rewards program.
• You must have a valid UPI ID in your own name to receive payouts.
• Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts, shared devices used to farm rewards, or accounts created with false information may be suspended and forfeited.

3. About the Service

EcoStep is a pedometer application that tracks your daily steps using your device's built-in motion sensor, estimates the carbon emissions avoided by walking, and offers a rewards program in which activity can be converted into virtual points called Eco-Coins.

4. Eco-Coins and Rewards

• Eco-Coins are virtual points with no inherent monetary value. They are not legal tender, currency, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the App.
• Eco-Coins may be redeemed for cash payouts to UPI only after your balance meets the minimum redemption threshold displayed in the App, and subject to successful verification.
• Reward rates, conversion ratios, redemption thresholds, daily caps, and bonus programs (including challenges and the reward tree) may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time at the Company's sole discretion. Rewards are a promotional benefit, not a guaranteed income.
• Rewards are funded through advertising and partner revenue. Watching sponsored videos or completing offers may be required to unlock certain bonuses.

5. Payouts and Verification

• Payouts are processed to the UPI ID you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of these details; payouts sent to incorrectly supplied details cannot be recovered.
• We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a payout, including for compliance with applicable law.
• Payouts are typically processed within 7 business days but may take longer due to verification, technical, or banking issues.
• Applicable taxes, including TDS where required under the Income-tax Act, 1961, may be deducted from payouts.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Simulate steps using emulators, shakers, automation tools, rooted/jailbroken devices, GPS spoofing, or any artificial means;
• Create multiple accounts, use bots, or exploit bugs to inflate rewards;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of all accumulated Eco-Coins and pending payouts, without notice.

7. In-App Purchases (if applicable)

Certain digital items, boosters, or premium features may be offered for purchase within the App. All purchases are processed through our authorised payment gateway partner(s). Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable GST. For any issue with a purchase or payment, please reach us through our Contact Us page.

8. Health Disclaimer

EcoStep is a fitness-tracking utility, not a medical device. Step counts and CO₂ estimates are approximations and may vary by device. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, Website, EcoStep name, logo, design, and all content are the property of Learnovate Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The App displays advertisements and may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the higher of (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the preceding three months, or (b) INR 1,000.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App or by writing to us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
